As we approach the end of the school year, it’s a wonderful opportunity to express our gratitude to the hardworking teachers. I have come up with a thoughtful gift idea for all the coffee and tea enthusiasts out there. By combining a free printable “Thanks a Latte” card with a coffee shop gift card, you can create a meaningful gesture, especially for teachers. Show your support for your favorite teacher during the final weeks of the school year by presenting them with this caffeine-infused gift.
This gift idea is not limited to teachers; it’s a perfect way to say thank you to any coffee or tea lover in your life.
Each sheet will yield two cards that require cutting along the designated line and folding in order to create individual cards. Each card will be 11×14 cm or approximately 4.33×5.51 inches.

Craft Supplies Needed:
- Color printer
- Card Stock/ A4 size papers
- Scissors
Gift Supplies Needed:
- Coffee Shop Gift Card
- ‘Thanks a Latte’ Free Printable
Optional Supplies:
- Clear bag and ribbon
- Envelope (4 3/4″ x 6 1/2″)
If you prefer to present your gift card and note in an envelope, the printable thank you note fits perfectly in a 4×6 envelope. However, if you don’t have one, you can use clear bags with a ribbon on top as an alternative. In my case, I didn’t have card stock available, so I used A4 size papers instead. Although it’s not the ideal choice, the hard cover of the gift card placed inside the paper ensures it remains undamaged. Remember, it’s all about using what you have.
To make the gift more personal, I decided to make it like a card so that my kids can write a heartfelt note on the inside.
