Contents

Taste
The Costco 44th Street Beef Pot Roast is tasty and wonderfully juicy, avoiding any dryness. Though already flavorful, I chose to use it in my tacos to amp up the taste. Combined with arugula, onions, and my homemade dressing (olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a touch of sweetness), the meat becomes the star, allowing me to infuse even more flavor into each bite.
Preparation
Three preparation options are available: stove, microwave, or oven. I’ve tested both the oven and microwave methods. The humor in the stove-top instructions gave me a good laugh! Please read below 👇🏽🤣
To use the oven method, simply transfer the contents to an oven-safe dish, break it into smaller chunks, and bake. The result is visually stunning. The microwave approach requires poking holes in the bag and microwaving, a quicker but messier process.
Serving Suggestion
The picture on the box shows the beef served with roasted potatoes and carrots. However, the box doesn’t come with vegetables. With plenty of gravy, it’s delightful with bread or a bun because it soaks up all the juices. We also tried it in tacos, and it was equally delicious.”
Cost
The price for the Costco 44th Street Beef Pot Roast is $23.99 (Canadian dollars). I cook both packs so we have plenty of leftovers for sandwiches or tacos throughout the week.”

After buying the pot roast, you can either store it in the fridge or freezer. Defrost it in the fridge overnight before cooking if you plan to store it for more than four months. This helps maintain freshness compared to keeping it in the fridge for an extended period.
